Support for those Recently Separated or Divorced
Our groups include Monthly Drop-In Divorce Support, and a Divorce Support Group. 7-week professionally facilitated support programs and monthly drop-in discussion groups on relevant topics held at the JCC and additional resource referrals.
Jewish Bereavement Support

Dealing with Illness
Ongoing groups for those who are ill (held at JBFCS) support programs for caregivers and family members of Alzheimer’s, and special fitness and wellness programs for those with cancer and Parkinson’s Disease.
De-stressing in Difficult Times
Daily facilitated meditation sessions; 8-week classes in MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction); other related health and wellness programming to help you get through life’s challenges.
