Summer Teens/Young Adults Special Needs Swim Class
This beginning swim class is for teens and young adults aged 15-29 with special needs. This class focuses on basic swimming skills including breathing technique and becoming comfortable in the water. We specialize in small class size and dedicated instructors. An intake form (available here) and phone interview with our swim office is required for class placement. Samurai Sword for Adults + Teens
This accelerated and intensive two–hour class will allow serious students of the martial arts to focus on the techniques required to achieve black belt, teacher certification, and higher levels of proficiency. Students enrolled in this course will have an individualized training plan to help them meet their goals at an accelerated yet comfortable rate.
